About Me

Matt Zemanek is a passionate Catholic, husband, father, evangelist, speaker, podcaster, author, worship leader and ministry coach. Originally a mountain man from Lake Arrowhead, Matt left a life of bear-riding, log-hurling and competitive beard-growing to live in Orange County, CA, with his beautiful wife, Erika, and their three children. After short-lived careers as a chef in fine dining and as a composer, God called Matt to full-time ministry.

Matt has a Master's Degree in Pastoral Theology from Loyola Marymount University and has been serving in ministry since 2005. He currently serves as the Director of Adult Evangelization & Faith Formation at Saint Timothy in Laguna Niguel, CA. He is the host of the MANNA - Food For Thought Podcast. He enjoys reading, cooking, gardening, brain-teasers, riddles, and escape rooms.
